MySteelAgent.com is able to service customers coast to coast, and works directly in multiple markets including Detroit, Atlanta, Chicago, St. Louis, Houston, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles. Our agents, who sell in excess of 250,000 tons of prime flat rolled steel per year, understand the importance of long-term relationships and are therefore able to properly serve our customers as well as the mills we represent.
Trained by steel mills, trading companies, and some of the largest flat rolled service centers in the U.S., our company leaders have a tremendous amount of experience, averaging over 30 years working with prime flat rolled steel coils and strips customers and suppliers. They include:
John Packard, CEO ( Atlanta HQ)
Since, 1977, John Packard has been involved in the U.S. and international steel markets in various roles such as an OEM sales representative for a large U.S. based service center, General Manager of a service center on behalf of Duferco Steel Inc., and a steel mill and trading company agent. John has been an active agent for Winner Steel since 1997 and has been representing foreign trading companies over the past 7 years as well.
Steve Arlo, Midwest Branch President

Steve Arlo has worked in the domestic and international steel industry since 1971, serving as part of the United States Steel team in the U.S. and Latin America, working for Tubular Steel in the international purchasing department, and buying and selling slabs, hot rolled steel, pipe, beams, plate and more for Duferco Steel Trading. For the past 4 years, Steve has been an agent for Winner Steel while also representing a number of foreign trading companies in the U.S. market.
Del De Windt, Detroit Branch President
Del De Windt began his career in steel in 1968 as a salesman for Republic Steel. Since then, he has been involved with direct automotive sales selling 1st , 2nd and 3rd Tier automotive related companies flat rolled carbon steel, alloy, stainless bars (both hot and cold drawn), 409 stainless, cold rolled, hot rolled and coated products. Del has been an agent for Winner Steel for the past few years.
